Director of Business Development with Geoscience Ireland

Sean Finlay is a Professional Geologist and Chartered Engineer. He has over 40 years’ experience in mineral exploration and mining. He has worked on projects in Ireland with Tara Mines, in Ghana and Mali with Glencar Mining and in the FSU with Celtic Resources and Aurum Mining. He worked on numerous and diverse infrastructure development projects in Ireland and Poland with Tobin Consulting Engineers.

He is currently Director of Business Development with Geoscience Ireland, a programme delivered by Geological Survey Ireland and Enterprise Ireland.

He is a former President of IMQS.
