Siobhán is a qualified Environmental Scientist and Hydrogeologist and holds the position of Associate Director within Tobin Consulting Engineers.  Siobhán provides project management and project co-ordination for planning applications for large scale projects and also specialist contribution to hydrogeology, hydrology and geology reports for Planning Applications, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Reports and Waste Licence Applications.

Siobhán is a former President of the Irish Mining and Quarrying Society (IMQS) (2014-2016) and is currently Chairperson of the IMQS Annual Review Publication Committee.
