Oisin O’Connor has served as Administrative and Logistics Officer at the Irish Centre for Research in Applied Geosciences (iCRAG) since 2023. In this role, he plays a key part in the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre, providing comprehensive support to researchers across a wide range of disciplines. He also contributes to the delivery of impactful stakeholder engagement and education and public engagement (EPE) events, working closely with the operations team to ensure their successful execution.

Oisín brings a strong background in organisational coordination and administrative excellence to his work. His attention to detail, proactive approach, and collaborative mindset make him a valuable asset to the iCRAG team.

In May 2025, Oisín further expanded his professional portfolio by joining the Irish Minerals Quality Society (IMQS) as Executive Secretary. In this capacity, he supports the society’s mission through efficient governance assistance, event planning, and member engagement, helping to promote best practices and professional development within the Irish geoscience community.
